The MTU Series environmentally friendly high-power diesel generator set is powered by the world-renowned MTU engine (formerly Daimler Chrysler / Mercedes-Benz technology, Germany). Key Features of MTU Series Diesel Generator Set

a. Easy Maintenance and Serviceability

The generator set features a water-cooled four-stroke engine with a 90° V-type cylinder arrangement, turbocharged intercooler, and wet-type replaceable cylinder liners. The design adopts a one-cylinder-one-head structure and a dry exhaust manifold, making maintenance and repair more convenient, efficient, and cost-effective.

b. Intelligent Control System

Equipped with a dedicated ADEC electronic engine management system, the unit provides precise digital speed control and advanced operational management. Key components are fitted with data collection sensors for real-time monitoring. The system supports fault self-diagnosis, automatic alarm display, and intelligent operation, integrated with CAN bus communication technology for reliable performance.

The engine adopts a three-piston-ring aluminum alloy structure, with wear-resistant cast iron top piston rings and reinforced valve seat rings, significantly extending service life. Piston cooling injection technology effectively improves thermal management, ensuring stable and reliable long-term operation under heavy-duty conditions.

d. Energy Efficiency and Environmental Performance

The generator set uses an advanced electronically controlled fuel injection system, combined with in-cylinder direct injection technology. Emissions meet or exceed German TA Luft environmental standards. Intelligent electronic management ensures optimized combustion, reduced fuel consumption, and improved efficiency, achieving fuel consumption levels below 200 g/kWh.
